Standard Orders:

Ships in 2-5 business days. This does apply to custom or pre order items. All orders are shipped standard and will receive tracking info via email.

 

Secured Shipping:

Ships in 2-5 business days. This does apply to custom or pre order items. All orders are shipped with included insurance added to item and signature needed for delivery to ensure delivery.

Custom Orders:

Ships in 2-4 weeks after production is completed. Once production is complete orders will ship is 2-5 business day.

Shipping Carrier Issues:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once orders have been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Orders are double checked before being shipped for efficiency. Please contact USPS for any concerns about your order.

Delivery

Delivery is available Monday-Saturday. All orders will be delivered with 24-48hrs of your purse to the address listed on the order. Please make sure to double check your order before placing them for accuracy and security of your order. You will receive an email to confirm your delivery is on its way to e delivered once order has been process and packaged. You will receive a phone call and a text once your order has reached your location to confirm pickup for order. If you need them to leave your package please instruct them to do so before the time of your order via email with specific instructions of placement.

Refunds/ Returns:

We do not offer refund or returns of any of our item once purchase. All items are double checked for efficiency once ordered. Please check your orders to make sure all of your order and information is correct before completing purchase. Once orders have been shipped no alterations to order can be made.
